In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 03rd March, 2026 (Annexure-A) passed in Co-Op Revision Petition No.50/2025 by the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal,

Bengaluru and order dated 11th November, 2025 (Annexure-T) passed by the respondent No.1 in Dispute No.187/2025-26, wherein the application IA.1/25-26 filed by the petitioner seeking stay of order dated 13th June, 2025 passed by the respondent No.2 came to be rejected; inter alia sought for direction to respondents to pay arrears of Salary to the petitioner.
2. Heard Sri. Purnachandra M. Puranik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Yogesh D. Naik, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent No.1.
3. Having taken note of the submission made by
learned counsel appearing for the parties, though the Hebri Vyavasaya Seva Sahakara Sangha N., suspended the petitioner from service by issuing the memo of charges, however, it has not initiated Departmental Enquiry against the delinquent. Therefore, Taking into consideration, the observation made by the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal in the impugned order dated 03rd March, 2026 (Annexure-A) passed in Co-Op. Revision Petition No.50/2025, I am of the view that no interference be

called for in this petition at this juncture since, the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal had already directed the respondent No.1 to conclude the proceedings within three months from the date of
order. In that view of the matter, the respondent No.1 is strictly adhere to the direction issued by the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal and conclude the proceedings accordingly. All contentions of the parties urged in this petition are kept open to urge before the respondent No.1. With this observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
