By presenting this writ petition prayer is made for directing concerned police authority to investigate Madhyamgram Police Station Case No. 496 of 2026 dated 19th June, 2026 appropriately. 3. Mr. Majumder, learned Additional Advocate General representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 14th September, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Madhyamgram Police Station and same is taken on record. Copies of said communication are made over to 2 learned advocates representing petitioner and respondent nos. 7, 8 and 9. 4. In view of filing of charge sheet dated 15th July, 2026 in aforesaid case on completing investigation no further order need be passed on this writ petition and writ petition stands disposed of. 5. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach appropriate forum, if occasion so arises. 6.
