The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner’s representation dated 15.06.2026 requesting to permit the petitioner to carry on the business at IUDP Shop No.1, situate at palacode bus stand, Dharmapuri District by removing the seal put up by the 2nd respondent. 3. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that petitioner's representations dated 15.06.2026 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed after issuing notice to petitioner and any other interested parties, within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner. 4. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 15.06.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after issuing notice and after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
