In this petition, the petitioners are challenging the endorsement dated 22.09.2022 (Annexure - Z) passed by respondent No.3 and order dated 07.09.2006 at Annexure-H passed by respondent No.2. 2. Heard Sri.Karthik V, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri.Aditya Diwakara, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3. Taking into consideration the endorsement dated 22.09.2022 (Annexure - Z), wherein the respondents - Authorities have rejected the application made by the petitioners as to conduct phodi in respect of the land in question is concerned, the petitioners are having an efficacious remedy under the provisions of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 by filing an appeal. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010682132023 NC: 2026:KHC:50086 WP No. 28941 of 2023 4. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that no interference is called for, in this petition. 5. Reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent Authority to challenge the endorsement dated 22.09.2022 (Annexure - Z), the writ petition is accordingly not maintainable. 6. Insofar as the order dated 07.09.2006 (Annexure - H) passed by the respondent No.2 is concerned, wherein the land in question has been allotted in favour of the Government High School and the Fire Brigade, taking into consideration the factual aspects on record is concerned, unless the petitioners to establish their right over the property in question, I am of the view that no interference is called for in this writ petition. 7.
