SIDE) for R1 and R2 ORDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 16-05-2026 against the 3rd respondent in M.P. No.428/2025 in M.C. No.615/2024 pending on the file of Learned II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court Chennai. 2. It is seen that this is a maintenance case filed in M.C.No.615 of 2024 before the II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. In the family court proceedings dated 16.06.2026, it has been recorded that the instructions have been issued to execute the non bailable warrant through the Commissioner of Police, Chennai City and to await its execution, the case has been adjourned to 24.07.2026. 3.The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that though the petitioners claim that a Non bailable warrant has been issued to the 3rd respondent, as per the postal records, the respondent police have not so far received the same.
