The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 34 of 26(N). The petitioner along with two other persons were apprehended by the police and 1.64 gm. of brown sugar was recovered. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery was effected from the co-accused and so far as the petitioner is concerned, nothing was recovered from his possession. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.01.2026. Learned A.P.P. though has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner, but has not disputed the fact that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi in connection with Sadar P.S.
