The said G.W.O.P. was filed under Section 25 of Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 seeking custody of the minor children. 3. At the time of filing of O.P., the wards were aged about 6 and 8 years respectively. Now, by virtue of the passage of time, they have attained majority.
