1. Learned advocate for the petitioner and the State are present.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this writ petition and file an appeal before the Appellate Authority against the adjudication order. He also submits that he be allowed 30 days’ time to file such appeal and limitation should not be a ground on which the Appellate Authority shall reject his application. The prayers made by the petitioner seem to be reasonable and as such, the same are allowed.
3. Learned advocate for the respondents does not oppose the prayers made by the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to withdraw WPA/27512/2025 and prefer a statutory
2 appeal against the adjudication order within 30 days. If such appeal is filed within 30 days as aforesaid, the authorities shall decide the matter on merits and limitation shall not be a ground for rejection of the appeal.
