ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite his best efforts, he was unable to secure instructions from the petitioner and that the matter pertains to the year, 2011. He, therefore, prayed that the writ petition be dismissed for non prosecution.
2. Recording the said submissions, the present Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
