Jaman …..for the respondent nos. 8-32 1) Affidavit of service filed on behalf of petitioners is taken on record. 2) By presenting this writ petition, petitioners have prayed for direction upon concerned police authorities which would facilitate petitioners to enjoy peaceful possession over property in question. 3) State respondents and respondent nos. 8 to 32 are represented by learned advocates who have opposed this writ petition on the count that issue involved in this writ petition is civil in nature requiring petitioners to approach appropriate forum. 4) From submissions made on behalf of respective parties, it appears that an ad interim order of 2 injunction was passed by the civil court on 5th June, 2026 on Title Suit No. 274 of 2026 instituted by petitioners. Vide said order dated 5th June, 2026, defendants were restrained from dispossessing plaintiffs of suit property and also defendants were directed not to disturb peaceful possession of plaintiffs being petitioners herein over suit property. 5) If petitioners find that their right emanates from order passed by the civil court dated 5th June, 2026 is being infringed, in that event petitioners need to approach civil court within statutory framework. Police authority is not the appropriate authority to decide the issue during pendency of aforesaid suit. 6) Hence, writ petition is not interfered with and same stands dismissed. 7) However, this order shall not preclude petitioners to take steps in accordance with law, if so advised. 8) Parties to act on server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
