Rakib (Allowed) CRM (NDPS) 1946 of 2026 In Re: An Application for Bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Suti Police Station case no. 1010 of 2025 dated 24.08.2025 under Sections 21(c)/29 of the NDPS Act. And In the matter of : Sahir Ali @ Md. Sahir Ali ……Petitioner. Mr. Manas Kumar Das Ms. Samima Akter ......for the Petitioner. Mr. L. Vishal Kumar Mr. Sanjib Das ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is similarly placed as other accused persons who have been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1192 of 2026. State has produced the Case Diary. I have taken into account the three seizure lists which are available. I have also taken into account the chemical examiner’s report and the period of detention of the present petitioner. Having considered that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused persons, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Iqbal Khan @ Md. Ikbal Khan who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1192 of 2026. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner namely, Sahir Ali @ Md. Sahir Ali is allowed. Thus, CRM (NDPS) 1946 of 2026 is allowed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
