The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his representation, dated 17.03.2025, seeking cancellation of the patta standing in the name of the respondents 4 and 5 for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. 2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 and 5 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with by this Court. 3. Even though proceedings has been initiated by the 2nd respondent pursuant to the petitioner’s representation, till date, no final order has been passed by the 2nd respondent on the petitioner’s representation. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 and 5 and any other party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation, dated 17.03.2025. 6.
