The matter, however, got escalated and both the sides filed respective complaints before the jurisdictional Magistrate and based on the averments made in such complaint cases, learned Magistrate, eventually, directed registration of FIRs. Based on such direction, three different FIRs have been registered. 3. Said three FIRs are as under:- (i) FIR No.77/2026 dated 15.02.2026, registered at P.S. Prasad Nagar, for commission of offences under Sections 323/506/509/34 IPC. In such FIR, the complainant is Sneha Kumari and there are two accused persons i.e. Jeevan Taxak @ Jeevan Tokas and Dr. Pooja Taxak @ Pooja Choudhary. In such FIR, the complainant is Jeevan Taxak and there are six accused persons i.e. Ritesh Kumar Tripathi, Apurva Tripathi @ Apoorva Tripathi, Manish Kumar Choudhary, Sneha Kumari, Rahul Kumar and Shreya Sinha. CRL.M.C. 3356/2026 seeks quashing of the abovesaid FIR on the basis of the settlement. 4. All the parties have amicably resolved their differences and have entered into a comprehensive settlement. Such Compromise Deed dated 25.04.2026 is signed by all concerned, including the complainants in all the abovesaid three FIRs. 5. All the concerned respondents are represented by their respective counsel and are identified by their counsel as well as by Investigating Officer, who are present in Court. 6. When asked, the respondents submit that they have entered into compromise voluntarily and without any coercion, undue influence or pressure and have resolved their disputes and have decided to move forward in an amicable manner. They state that in view of the abovesaid settlement, they would have ‘no objection’ if the respective FIRs are quashed. 7. Dr. Pooja Taxak @ Pooja Choudhary states that she had filed one another complaint along with an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. Signed By:SONIA THAPLIYAL Signing Date:04.05.2026 17:49:25 Signature Not Verified CRL.M.C. 3320/2026, CRL.M.C. 3354/2026 4 & CRL.M.C. 3356/2026 which was registered as Complaint Case No.719/2024. She wanted registration of FIR and since her request was declined, a Revision has been filed by her, which is registered as Revision Petition No.171/2026. She submits that in terms of the settlement, she would withdraw the abovesaid Revision Petition as well as the abovesaid complaint. 8. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, continuing with criminal proceedings would serve no useful purpose. In any case, even the complainants do not wish to press any charges against the petitioner. 9. Accordingly, exercising inherent powers vested in this Court under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, it is deemed appropriate to quash the instant FIR. 10. Consequently, to secure the ends of justice, FIR No.77/2026 dated 15.02.2026, registered at P.S. Prasad Nagar, for commission of offences under Sections 323/506/509/34 IPC, FIR No.79/2026 dated 15.02.2026, registered at P.S.
