This Court, vide order dated 21.07.2026, observed as under: "1. None appears for the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the possession of the premises has been taken over and the property demolished. 3. If none were to appear for the petitioner in the next date of hearing, the petition would be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. 4. Re-list this matter on 30.07.2026."
