Karumbaiah files power for the revision petitioner after seeking permission from the Court as the petitioner is produced before the Court after executing the non-bailable warrant. 2. A memo is filed by the counsel for the petitioner. Memo reads as under: "It is submitted that the fine amount is Rs.3,10,000/- The petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.60,000/- before the Trial Court and the respondent has received Rs.1,00,000/- cash from the petitioner. Now - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21132 CRL.RP No. 974 of 2018 both the parties have agreed to settle the matter for Rs.1,60,000/-. The petitioner submits that she has no objection to release Rs.60,000/- which is in deposit before the Trial Court in favour of respondent. On recording this joint memo, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispose this petition acquitting the petitioner/ accused in the interest of justice and equity." 3.
