Thereafter, no action has been taken. The petitioner was not informed about the stage of further investigation. Hence, filed the present petition. 2.The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based upon the report of Truth Lab, finding prima materials collected against the petitioner. A case has been registered and he has been prosecuted.
