Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that there has been total seizure of 299 grams of brown sugar and on the foundation of Sentu Seikh –Vs. – State of West Bengal [SLP (Crl.) No. 13987 of 2025] the other accused persons have been granted bail. Petitioners are similarly situated in spite of objection raised by the State. As such, petitioners namely, Ajit Kumar, Bipin Kumar and Rajneet Kumar be released on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Vivek Kumar in CRM (NDPS) 1787 of 2026. Consequently, CRM (NDPS) 1715 of 2026 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
2 Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
