Appeal 04 of 2021 has already been disposed of by the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, Purulia vide order no. 32 dated 2nd June, 2026 as Title Suit no. 384 of 2021, out of which Misc. Appeal no. 04 of 2021 had arisen, had already been dismissed for default by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Additional Court, Purulia vide order no. 33 dated 15th May, 2026.
