The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Matrimonial Suit no.880 of 2024 from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Tamluk, Purba Medinipur to the Court of learned District Judge at Burdwan, Dist. Purba Bardhaman. 2. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the Matrimonial Suit has been filed in Tamluk Court, by the husband/opposite party herein. 3. The petitioner/wife herein resides at Village-Meshera, P.O. K.T.P.P. (T/S), 2 2 P.S.-KOlaghat, Dist. Purba Medinipur, PIN-721 171 and presently resdiding at Village-Rambati, P.O.-Rambati, P.S.- Raina, Dist. Purba Bardhaman, PIN- 713 424. 4. Keeping in mind the convenience of the parties and as they have no children, Matrimonial Suit No. 880 of 2024 be withdrawn from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, and be transferred to the Court of learned District Judge, Howrah. 5. Learned District Judge, Howrah, shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 6. Keeping in mind the case of the parties herein, the learned District Judge, Howrah, shall be at liberty to permit the parties to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 7. CO 3007 of 2025 is disposed of. 8. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 9. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
