The present application has been filed with a prayer for early listing of the connected Criminal Petition No. 64 of 2025 which was ordered to be listed on 01.06.2026. It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants that because of the pendency of the criminal petition as well as criminal proceeding against the applicants, the applicants has been superseded by his junior in the matter of promotion to the higher post.
