Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been change of circumstances. 2. Learned Advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary. So far as the merits of the case is concerned I find there are substantial materials in support of the prosecution case. If there are change of circumstances, in that case the same be brought to the notice of the learned Special Court. 3. Having regard to the merits of the case I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 4. With the aforesaid observation, C.R.M (M) 2062 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 5. Memo of evidence be kept with the record. 6. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court. 7.
