Order 20/04/2026 In the instant matter, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that appropriate order or directions be given to the respondents to formulate a policy in rehabilitation of person with mental illness.
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that qua the said grievance, petitioner can file his representation before the respondent No. 2. This Court directs respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, if filed, and decide the same

(SBCWP No. 1665/2024) and Circular issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq- @vuqq-&1@2012). In light of the aforestated, the present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty being granted. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate litigation at appropriate forum.
