In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the endorsement dated 27.10.2025 (Annexure-A1) issued by respondent No.4 inter-alia sought for a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the representation made by the petitioner at Annexure-A dated 06.06.2025. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on careful consideration of the order dated 17.02.2017 passed in RA (N) 19/2009-10 (Annexure-F), wherein the respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner, Doddaballapura Sub-Division, Doddaballapura has remitted the matter to respondent No.4 to take a decision in the matter after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties are concerned. Thereafter, it appears that the order dated 18.06.2022 (Annexure-G) has been passed by the respondent No.4. However, the perusal of the impugned endorsement (Annexure-A1) dated 27.10.2025 would indicate that, the said endorsement - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010285492026 NC: 2026:KHC:49740 WP No. 13079 of 2026 runs contrary to the order dated 18.06.2022 (Annexure-G) passed by the respondent No.4. 4 In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, the respondent No.4 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the order dated 17.02.2017 at Annexure - F passed by the respondent No.3 - Assistant Commissioner, Doddaballapura Sub-Division, Doddaballapura as well as the order dated 18.06.2022 (Annexure - G), and thereafter take a decision in the matter. Accordingly I pass the following ORDER i) The writ petition is allowed. ii) The endorsement dated 27.10.2025 (Annexure- A1) is accordingly set aside. ii) The matter is remitted to respondent No.4 to reconsider the issue afresh in terms of the observation made above. - 5 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010285492026 NC: 2026:KHC:49740 WP No. 13079 of 2026 iv) The respondent No.4 is directed to complete the entire proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
