CRL MP No. 10382 of 2026 O R D E R Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the 3rd respondent herein is directed to be impleaded as the 3rd respondent in the Criminal Revision Case. 2.Mr.N.Dinesh, learned Government Advocate appeared for the 1st respondent and filed counter, which is taken on record. 3.Ms.J.Madhumitha, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent has also filed counter affidavit, which is also taken on record. 4.Mr.J.Surya Narayanan, learned counsel submitted that he has received instructions to appear in this case on behalf of the 3rd respondent and prays for a three weeks time to file counter affidavit. 5.Accordingly, the 3rd Respondent is granted three weeks and no more further time to file counter affidavit, two weeks thereafter is allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder to all the counter affidavits filed by the respondents.
