Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that the total recovery in the present case is 323.14 kgs of ganja. It has been reflected from the Case Diary that there are Call Data Records, although, there are no recovery from the present petitioner. Having considered the case is for anticipatory bail and CDR are available, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2807 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
