Counsel for the respondent No. 2 to 4 raises an objection with regard to the maintainability of the writ petition and submits that the petitioner is having alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned Order. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy available, under the law. 3. In view of above submissions made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.
