GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: 3 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.17601 of 2026 O R DE R: This writ petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent No.2 in not considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.06.2026 seeking to transfer to the post of Regional Inspector of Probation, Vijayawada as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner was working as Superintendent at Government Observation Home for Boys in Rajamahendravaram. While so, the Petitioner was given Full Additional Charge of Regional Inspector of Probation, Vijayawada on 27.05.2026 by Respondent No.2. A issued vide Circular Memo No.3301158/GAD/SPFMC/2026, dated 25.06.2026 was issued to fill up the vacancies and also issue orders of transfer, deputation and appointment by transfer orders on or before 05.07.2026 as the posts are to be freezed on account of Amendment to A.P. Public Employment (Organization of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order, 2025. 3. In view of the circular, the Petitioner apprehends that the Full Additional Charge post would be filled by a Regular 4 Employee and consequently, the Petitioner would have to continue in Rajamahendravaram. As the spouse of the Petitioner is Stationed in Vijayawada and is working as School Assistant (Telugu)m MPUP School Urdu, Pendyal village, Kanchikacherla Mandal, NTR District, the Petitioner gave a representation dated 27.06.2026 for a consideration of his case for transfer to the post of Regional Inspector of probation, Vijayawada. 4. Learned Government Pleader for Services submits that the representation of the Petitioner would be examined and appropriate decision will be communicated to the Petitioner. 5. Noting the said submission of the Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondents to examine the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.06.2026 and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible.
