Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the case relate to alleged recovery of 1200 bottles of phensedyl from a garden/bush and the petitioner was subsequently shown arrested in connection with this case. 2. It has been claimed that another accused person namely Saddam Hossain has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 351 of 2026. 3. State has produced memo of evidence which reflects that there are 6 criminal cases pending against the present petitioner. All the cases are under NDPS Act. 2 4. Having considered the checkered history of the present petitioner I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting bail as the second limb of the twin conditions in Section 37 is not satisfied. 5. Accordingly, C.R.M (NDPS) 1977 of 2026 is dismissed. 6. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record. 7. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court. 8.
