The writ petition is directed against billing disputes which the petitioner alleges have been raised by the WBSEDCL. 2. In view of the nature of the disputes raised by the petitioner, WPA 3270 of 2019 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the RGRO for ventilating their grievances. 3. It is made clear that there has been no expression on the merits of the case and all issues are left open for the RGRO to decide in accordance with law. 4. The above exercise is to be completed within eight weeks from the communication of this order. 5. The WBSEDCL is represented and does not oppose the same. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
