The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No.107 of 2023 (S.T. No.395 of 2025) for the alleged offences registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 325, 326, 504, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge – IV, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both the sides are agnates and there are case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that the altercation took place due to land dispute and even the petitioner has received the injury. He then submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2025. He next submits that charge has been framed on 2026:JHHC:1790 --2-- B.A. No. 10506 of 2025 09.10.2025 and till date not even a single witness has been examined. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.13 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of assault. 5. Considering that the charge has been framed on 09.10.2025 and it has been pointed out that not even a single witness has been examined as yet and there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received the injury and the petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge – IV, Giridih in connection with Dhanwar P.S.
