ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not re-engaging the services of the petitioners in terms of proceedings issued by respondent No.4 and further trying to transfer the petitioners from their respective work place without adhering to the procedure established under G.O.Rt.No.103, dated 29.06.2022 as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in a similar case, this Court, in W.P.No.15255 of 2026, taking note of the submission made by learned Government Pleader, had disposed of the said Writ Petition by directing the respondents to re-engage the petitioners therein into service and the transfer shall be in accordance with G.O.Rt.No.103, School Education (Prog-II) Department, dated 29.06.2022. Learned counsel would submit that it would suffice if a similar order is passed insofar as the present petitioners are concerned.
3. Sri K. Raghu Babu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4, 6 & 7, has consented to the passing of a similar order.
4. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15255 of 2026 dated 18.06.2026. No order as to costs.
