ORAL ORDER
The petitioner has made the payment of Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent before the Court and the same is acknowledged by the respondent.
2. The amount in deposit before the Trial Court is ordered to be released in favour of the respondent on proper identification.
3. In terms of the settlement arrived between the parties, the entire amount is paid to the respondent by the petitioner.

4. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the petitioner/accused is acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I Act compounding the same.
5. The petitioner is directed to pay the amount of Rs. 10,000/- as imposed by the Trial Court as fine within a period of two weeks before the Trial Court. Having deposited the same, produce the receipt before the registry within a week thereafter. If such receipt is produced, no need to put up this file before this Court. If fails to produce the receipt before this Court, list the matter on 12.10.2026.
