Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that in respect of similarly placed accused person in CRM (NDPS) 1734 of 2026, bail has been rejected. 2. The seizure-list reflects signature of the present petitioners also along with other accused whose bail was rejected in CRM (NDPS) 1734 of 2026. 3. Having considered the materials appearing against the present petitioners, namely, Kurman Sk and Mamun Sk, I am of the view that the rigours of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. 5. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1626 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 6. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record. 7. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
