While placing on record communication dated 28.02.2026, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with. 2. Having perused the aforesaid document, which is taken on record, this Court finds that in terms of the mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, petitioner herein has been granted higher pay scale after completion of two years of regular service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No. 4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others. Instructions with regard to fixing of pay as well as release of arrears and other monetary benefits have been issued to the concerned quarter. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly, same is disposed of. The respondents are directed to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks, failing, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action, in accordance with law, is taken against the erring officials.
