Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. No. 18106 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24011 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
