The case of the petitioner is that she submitted a representation dated 02.03.2026 to the first respondent seeking the extension of consequential service and monetary benefits, including pay fixation, arrears of salary, increments and other attendant benefits payable to the petitioner. However, the same has not yet been considered by the first respondent. Challenging the inaction on the part of the first respondent, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
