Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery from the present petitioner, although, there has been recovery of Yaba tablets weighing 14.320 grams, 25 bottles of ESKUF cough syrup and 700 strips of Tapentadol tablets in the present case from other accused person. 2. Learned advocate for the State raises objection in relation to certain call detail records being available and the fact that investigation is in progress. He also submits that the petitioner was arrested on 4th June, 2026. 2 3. Having considered the period of detention of the petitioner and that the investigation is still in progress, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage. 4. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1671 of 2026 is dismissed. 5. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
