JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN --------- For the Petitioner : Ms. Ashna Khanam, Advocate For the Opp. Party : Mr. Gautam Rakesh, A.P.P. --------- 02/Dated:-25.02.2026 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 333, 109, 103(1), 3(5) of BNS in connection with Dumka (M) P.S. Case No.78 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dumka. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. She further submits that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 29.05.2025; as such, he may be released on bail. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there are specific allegations against the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and looking to the allegation made against the petitioner and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge this petitioner on bail at this stage, however, petitioner may renew its bail application after framing of charge. 6. Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed. (Deepak Roshan, J.) FEBRUARY 25, 2026 vikas/- uploaded 27.02.2026
