Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in payment of the bills for the works done under agreement No. 364 Silt/2018-19, 794 Silt/2017-18, 367 Silt/2018-19, 748 Silt/2016-17, 284 Silt/2016-17 and 1097 Silt/2016-17 of Rs.7,94,353/-, Rs.8,05,194/-, Rs.7,41,323/-, Rs. 8,31,376/-, Rs. 8,14,245/- and Rs. 8,52,266/- respectively to the Petitioner Association though the works were completed more than 5 years to 2 years ago and also in the light of quality control certificates issued in the month of January and May 2019 in respect of 1St three works as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, high handed, and dilatory and consequently direct the respondents to pay the bills for the works done by the Petitioner Association in respect of agreement No. 364 Silt/2018-19, 794 Silt/2017-18, 367 Silt/2018- 19, 748 Silt/2016-17, 284 Silt/2016-17 and 1097 Silt/2016-17 of Rs.7,94,353/-, Rs.8,05,194/-, Rs.7,41,323/-, Rs. 8,31,376/-, Rs. 8,14,245/- and Rs.

ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending Writ Petition, the entire liability of the petitioner was paid and the claim of the petitioner was redressed by the respondents. Hence, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and requested to close the Writ Petition.
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
