Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present criminal case. 2. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary and draws the attention of the Court to statement of the injured under Section 183 of the BNSS as well as the injury report. 3. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. 2 5. With the aforesaid observation, C.R.M. (A) 2849 of 2026 is dismissed. 6. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record. 7. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
