He submits that the contents contained in the impugned order(s) are totally inadvertent and there is no mala fide or intent to undermine the majesty of the Court. He further submits that the order in issue has already been withdrawn by the Authority. 2 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be allowed to make a fresh representation to the Authority for inter district transfer by mentioning therein that there is another incumbent who is interested in his transfer i.e., inter district from Shimla District to Sirmour District. 3. In light of the fact that the impugned order that stands assailed by way of this petition has been withdrawn by the Authority in terms of communication dated 28.02.2026, these proceedings are closed with the observation that in case any fresh representation is filed by the petitioner, then, the same be decided in terms of the contents thereof by the Authority within six weeks from today 4.
