In compliance of the interim order passed by the Court, the petitioner was permitted to attend the counselling session and selected a school of her choice and signed the declaration as to selection of the school. 2. All necessary consequential steps for issuance of the recommendation letter shall be taken by the Commission without any further delay. 3. As the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed by the authority, there is no requirement of keeping the writ petition pending. 4. A photocopy of the declaration signed by the petitioner as to selection of a School on attending the Counselling Session by West Bengal School Service Commission, handed over in Court today is retained with the records. 5.
