Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted stage carriage permit in respect of route from Illambazar Bus Stand to Bardhaman Nababhat Bus Stand via Basudha, Ajodhya, Bonkati, 11 Mile, Morebandh, Dinnathpur, Bannabagram, Ausgram, Somaipur, Guskara, Orgram, Bara Chowmatha, Haldi, Talit, Bardhaman Onamai Hospital. Permit is valid till 22nd June, 2031. 2. Learned counsel submits that the time-table has also been approved. Learned counsel further submits that the private respondents illegally and unauthorisedly intercepted and restricted the vehicle of the petitioner at the Guskara Bus Stand and restricted the passengers to board on the vehicle and hindered the vehicle from completing the further course of alignment of the route. 3. Learned counsel submits that the representation dated 5th August, 2026 has also not been responded. 4. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record. 5. Learned counsel for the private respondents have duly been served. 6. Learned counsel for the State has filed a report of Inspector-in-Charge, Ausgram Police Station, District Purba Bardhaman. 7. Learned counsel submits that the authorities have taken cognizance of the complaint and the appropriate action shall be taken against the offenders. 8. Learned counsel submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 5th August, 2026 shall also be considered in accordance with law after giving the petitioner and respondent No. 8 and 9 and an opportunity of being heard expeditiously. 9. In view of the discussion the representation dated 5th August, 2026 be considered and decided expeditiously preferably within three 2 weeks of the receipt of this order in accordance with law after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard. 10. The Authority shall communicate the decision within two weeks of passing of such order. 11. With this observation this petition stands disposed of. 12. Since affidavit has not been filed by the respondents any averments or allegations made in the writ petition are not deemed to have been admitted. 13.
