An application has been moved seeking correction/ clarification in the judgment dated 16.03.2026 which are in the nature of typographcal errors. Copy of the said application was also served on the respondent and the appellant. [2026:RJ-JP:13900-DB] (2 of 3) [WMAP-141/2026] 2. We accordingly make following corrections in the judgment dated 16.03.2026: (i) In Para 1, 9, 11 and 29, the date of the impugned order has been mentioned as ‘23.06.2009’ whereas the correct date should be ‘23.06.2003’. The correction is made accordingly. (ii) In para 3, the correction is required to be made to the extent that in place of ‘………...Section 6 notification was published acquiring land measuring 23 bigha 16.5 biswa in Khasra Nos.35 to 43, 43/222, 43/223 and 43/224, the same shall be read as ‘……………..Section 6 notification was published acquiring land measuring 49 bigha 10 biswa in Khasra Nos.35 to 43, 43/222, 43/223 and 43/224 The correction is directed to be made accordingly. (iii) In eighth line of para 5, the word ‘sale deed’ requires to be corrected and instead of the word ‘sale deed’, it may be read as ‘sale agreement’. The correction is made accordingly. (iv) In second line from the bottom of para 7, the word ‘Revision’ was mentioned, the same should be now read as ‘Review’. The correction is made accordingly. (v) In 12th line from top & 4th line from bottom of para 14, the word used ‘learned Single Judge’ be read as ‘ACB Court, Jaipur’. The correction is made accordingly. (vi) In para 18, the date ‘19.03.2003’ be read as ‘29.03.2003. The correction is made accordingly. (vii) From sixth line from the bottom of para 18, the words ‘and the respondent No.1 withdrew the SLP pending before the Supreme Court with regard to said acquisition and claim of [2026:RJ-JP:13900-DB] (3 of 3) [WMAP-141/2026] compensation’ are deleted from the said para. The correction is made accordingly. (viii) In 13th line of para 19, the word ‘Supreme Court’ be accordingly substituted by ‘High Court’. The correction is made accordingly. (ix) In second line from the bottom of para 23, the word used ‘when’ be read as ‘and’. The correction is made accordingly. (x) In first line of para 24, in place of ‘19’, the figure ‘49’ be incorporated. The correction is made accordingly. (xi) In the third line of para 26, the word ‘Section 19(3)’ be read as ‘Section 90(3)’. The correction is made accordingly. 3. In view of the aforesaid typographical errors, the corrected judgment shall be re-typed with the corrected spellings and after removing the typographical errors, the complete judgment shall be freshly uploaded with note of the orders passed today. 4.
