Heard Ms. D. Angna, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. I. Borthakur, the learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the Forest Department.
2. The petitioner herein has assailed the order dated 03.08.2015 whereby the mining contract awarded to the petitioner vide the Letter of Intent dated 25.04.2014 for a period of 7 (seven) years was terminated and the petitioner was
directed to pay the outstanding amount along with interest as mentioned in the said order.

3. This Court has duly perused the materials on record and finds nothing which should show that the impugned order dated 03.08.2015 was passed without affording the petitioner an opportunity to submit the kist money within time. Apart from that, the petitioner has failed to produce any document to substantiate that there is any perversity in the said decision.
4. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 03.08.2015 in exercise of its powers of judicial review, for which, the instant writ petition stands dismissed.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
