1. The Petitioner is before this Court praying for implementation of the order of demolition of a structure constructed by Respondent No.3.

2. In the meanwhile, the Second Appeal preferred by Respondent No.3 before the learned Lieutenant Governor, has already been decided and the proceedings have been remitted to the First Appellate Authority for a fresh hearing.
3. In the light of the above, this Petition is rendered infructuous.
4. Before parting with this Petition, I deem it appropriate to record that if the Petitioner seeks execution or implementation of certain orders passed by statutory or municipal authority, the locus of the Petitioner shall be tested.
5. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as infructuous.
6. The issue of the locus of the Petitioner is kept open.
