1. Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.
2. The writ petition, as filed, is premature as the candidature of the petitioner is still being considered, in view of the fact that the biometrics of the petitioner is not found to be an exact match.
3. The respondent Bank has taken steps to ascertain the genuinity of the left thumb impression of the petitioner, which has been placed on record.
4. Since the candidature of the petitioner has not been rejected and the respondent Bank has taken steps to ascertain the petitioner’s identity, Ms. Das, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
5. Such leave is granted.
