ORDER: ( Per Court )

Issue is of appointment of an Arbitrator by the Respondent Bank. This would be followed by appointment of an Arbitrator by the Petitioner. Both such Arbitrators would then appoint a third Arbitrator and the composition of the arbitration panel would be complete.

The Petitioner has already tendered an application dated 10th November, 2025 to the Bank, calling
2 upon it to appoint an Arbitrator of its choice, without which the Petitioner cannot proceed. The learned advocate for the Bank graciously submits that an Arbitrator would be appointed within thirty days from today and the name of the Arbitrator would be communicated to the Petitioner on his email address which is available with the Bank.

In view of the above, this Petition is
disposed off by recording the above statement. The Bank would communicate the name of its choice Arbitrator to the Petitioner within twenty four hours from the date of selecting such Arbitrator, which shall occur within thirty days from today. The Petitioner would respond by appointing his choice as an Arbitrator within fifteen days thereafter.

This Court would appreciate if both the Arbitrators jointly decide the third Arbitrator within fifteen days thereafter and commence the arbitration proceedings.
