The case of the petitioner is that he submitted representations dated 02.02.2026 and 01.05.2026 to the respondents seeking his reinstatement to any non-sensitive post as per the GO (Ms) No.81 dated 04.08.2022 in the light of the judgment passed in W.A.No.68 of 2021. However, the same has not yet been considered by the respondents. Challenging the inaction on the part of the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 02.02.2026 and 01.05.2026 seeking his reinstatement to any non-sensitive post as per the GO (Ms) No.81 dated 04.08.2022 in the light of the judgment passed in W.A.No.68 of 2021 and pass https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 23131 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
