The petitioners are pursuing homeopathy course from the Kharagpur Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital. They seek registration in the said course. They got admitted in the year 2023-2024. 3. It appears that a previous writ petition filed by the petitioners being WPA 10156 of 2026 inter alia praying for grant of registration for the session 2023- 24 along with other ancillary relief is already pending consideration. 2 4. In the said writ petition, direction has been issued for filing affidavit-in-opposition. The interim order sought for by the petitioners stood refused. 5. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that in the said writ petition, the petitioners sought to participate in the BHMS Part-I (Supplementary) examination. In the current writ petition, the petitioners seek registration in the 2023-2024 and/or 2024-2025 session. 6. According to the provision of law, the registration of a candidate in a particular course is done only once. Registration is not done year-wise. 7. As the issue of registration is already pending in the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioners, the same issue ought not to be re-agitated by filing fresh writ petition. There is no requirement of proceeding with the instant writ petition. 8. It will be open for the petitioners to raise all issues in the pending writ petition. 9. WPA 25201 of 2026, accordingly, stands dismissed. 10. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 11.
